Recently, several users reported that WordQ stopped working after successfully using it for several months. Others have reported that the word list window does not display word predictions or is not visible. These problems have been traced to certain viruses and spyware programs with keystroke capturing capabilities that interfere with WordQ among other serious effects.
If you experience these problems, please ensure that your anti-virus software is updated and perform a virus scan. Separately, run anti-spyware software such as SPYBOT to check for hidden spyware.
It is important to keep your anti-virus software updated daily!
